Requirements:
Minimum and Additional Requirements
  • 18 hours in Business, English, and/or Communications. 
    • College transcript required for consideration.  Transcripts may be attached to the application or emailed to Employment.SCDOR@dor.sc.gov.
  • Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • One - two years of work experience.  (Preferably customer service.) 
  • Strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.  
  • Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours between the hours of 7am-6pm (M-F).  
    • If you are a student, you'd need to be available during the school year and the Summer.  

Preferred Qualifications: Junior or Senior in college.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide quality assurance (QA) on forms and workflows to meet business requirements.  
  • Assist in writing training aides and documentation.  
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks.  
  • Provide desktop computer support.  
  • Help maintain team metrics.  
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours between the hours of 7am-6pm (M-F).
