Wages/Salary: The Express CSR?s will make $12.25 per hour; the Camera Operators $11.00 per hour.
For the camera temp position, you will need a high school diploma and the ability to learn to operate cameras to print driver license credentials for customers and have good customer service skills. You will need to be able to sit and or stand for prolonged periods of time, walking, and constant talking. The requirements for the express temp are as follows: you will need a high school diploma plus 2 years clerical experience. You will also need to be able to retain knowledge of DMV policy and procedure and an understanding of the degree to which procedure or policy impacts the successful fulfillment of his or her specific task. The ability to pass new temp employee training to have a working knowledge of the Phoenix system and related hardware. You will need to know whom in the office/unit to approach for guidance, assistance, or problem resolution. You will need to be able to work under pressure.
The temporary customer service representative reports directly to the customer service center manager and works as a temporary employee using the camera system to make pictures and print drivers license credentials for customers. They operate camera systems to issue all classes of driver license credentials to customers. For the express temporary position you will need to complete tasks in a climate controlled office setting; work requires sitting and or standing for prolonged periods of time. You will need to perform A transactions, B transactions, C transactions, operate camera, and also other duties that the supervisor needs.
