Associate?s degree in criminal justice, business, or social science, or other relevant field, with one to two years of experience in law enforcement; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have successfully completed required courses and certification; May be required to possess additional certification(s) as deemed necessary by the City. Must have a valid S. C. driver?s license. patrolling the City to protect life and property, responding to calls for service, apprehend and arrest criminal suspects and law violators, enforcement of Federal, State and local laws, as well as City Ordinances, provide testimony, conducting investigations, preparing cases and documents for court, preparing various reports, assisting citizens through enforcement of laws and ordinances, cooperates with and works well with supervision and execution of directives, performs all other duties related to law enforcement work as required
