1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Experience in warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
3. Basic computer skills including data entry and file maintenance and updating.
4. Previous warehouse experience is required
5. Microsoft Excel
6. Microsoft Word
7. Lotus Notes, Outlook, or equivalent Email system.
8. Knowledge of Manhattan Associates WMS software or equivalent WMS systems.
1. Process Pick Tickets/Orders.
2. Set up daily LTL, TL, Parcel, etc. Pick-ups.
3. Ensure Start/Stop dates are fulfilled.
4. Maintain Pack/Hold locations.
5. Process Direct and Retail transfers.
6. Process backorders as required.
7. Process shipments through UPS World Ease.
8. Process International Shipping Documents.
9. Update customer service tracking as required.
10. Other duties as assigned by manager.
