Epic Beaker certification and healthcare laboratory experience preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Customer support experience and ability to work autonomously with limited direction desired. Ability to provide basic project management and prioritize customer requests.

Education

Associate’s degree and 4 years’ experience in a healthcare information systems related field or equivalent 6 years of progressive information systems support experience

Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Clinical Systems Analyst II provides implementation and support services to clients in the organization.  These services may include, application build, education, training, process analysis, process redesign, fit gap analysis, policy development, procedure development, troubleshooting, interaction with vendor support services, report development, and progress reporting to management and stakeholders.  Must be knowledgeable of integration points related to other systems and be able to communicate effectively with all areas involved. This position will specifically support the Epic Beaker Application used by our Laboratory.
