Requirements:

?Machine Tool Technology degree with five to ten years of manufacturing experience in the machining field along with experience developing programs for CNC mills and lathes
?Working knowledge of machining processes and practices
?Working knowledge of MasterCam software
?Understanding of dimensional inspection requirements
?Prior machine installation and start-up a plus
?Prior experience with Fanuk controls a plus

Job Description:

?Develop robust, cost-effective machining processes that meet quality requirements for the Machining Department
?Develop and maintain CNC machine programs using MasterCam software
?Specify equipment, tooling and supplies needed
?Provide technical support and guidance for hourly employees
?Meet and improve quality standards to reduce rework and nonconformance
?Meet and improve performance standards for increased productivity
?Specify equipment, tooling and supplies
?Project development and management
?Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Schedule:
Core hours 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to support a 24/7 operation including three shifts, holidays and weekends.
