Requirements:

Some knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers required.  Will also be required to learn to use a CMM and Height Stand.

Beginning or completion of classes in Machine Tool Technology is a plus. 

 

 

 

Job Description:

Piedmont CMG currently has 22 CNC Machines.

Positions are available to operate and learn to set up CNC Machining Centers.  Positions to operate and set up CNC Turning Centers are also availible.  These positions require the person to load parts in the machine and then inspect to meet print specifications.  Visual Work Instructions are provided.  Positions available on 1st and 2nd shift.  Apprenticeship positions are available.



 

Schedule:
6:00am to 4:30pm 1st Shift,

4:00pm to 2:30am 2nd Shift
