Details:
Location: Nationwide opportunities
Pay Rate/Salary: $28-$34/hour, DOE
Hours Guarantee: 50 hours of work/week, time and a half OT after 40 hours
Per Diem: $45/day tax free, paid in addition to wages for the coverage of expenses
Duration: 3 months – Upon completion of this project, PMG has additional opportunities to keep you working
Travel: Mileage reimbursement at $0.565/mile to and from job site, flight options also available for select projects
Lodging: Hotel arranged, paid for and provided by PMG, Single Occupancy
Responsibilities:
Work for clients who manufacture and rebuild a variety of components for defense/aerospace, automotive, medical applications among many others.
Skilled in the following machines:
Multi-Axis Mills/Machining Centers (3,4,5 Axis)
Lathes – 2, 3 Axis and Live Tooling
CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs)
CNC Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs)
Manual Machinists
Required skills:
Previous machining experience and/or proven technical skills acquired through an accredited college
Ability to setup, operate, perform offsets and adjustments based on tool wear as well as inspect piece parts per documented and outlined processes.
Ability to read prints and instructions
Ability to accurately use precision measurement equipment
Desired skills:
Previous CNC Machining experience in a production environment
Ability to perform program editing using G&M Code
