Must have 3 references from teachers and/or supervisors, Commercial Equipment experience on either or both the Hot Side(ovens, fryers, microwaves, etc.) and Cold Side(Walk in Freezer and walk in Refrigerators is a must.
Our technicians have to be able to work on everything you would find in commercial kitchens. We service restaurants, school districts, military kitchens, hospitals and universities so knowledge of commercial equipment is a must for. New technicians will ride and work with our current technicians until they feel you are ready to ride solo.
Each tech has one week and weekend a month that they are on call for emergency's.
