Job Description:

The qualified candidate will perform a variety of custodial duties, including but not limited to, the cleaning of all common areas. The qualified candidate will perform a variety of work in the general maintenance of the buildings and facilities which will encompass some routine minor repairs. This person may also be required to assist with facility rentals and other related duties as requested.
