Wages/Salary: $20,000 - 20,650 annually
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions. Must be physically able to work off of a ladder, carry mop and bucket up and down stairs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machine, wet vacuum, shampoo machine, and carpet vacuum. Must have ability to interact regularly with students and University personnel.
Description: Maintains assigned area in a clean and orderly condition. Completes paperwork as needed.
Minimum Requirements: Cleaning experience required. A valid driver's license and safe driving history. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Preferred Qualifications: Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Work Ready SC Career Readiness Certificate is preferred.
Position Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 5:00am – 1:30pm Monday – Friday
Nights and Weekends as required by supervisor
