Requirements:

Candidate possesses excellent communication and strong customer service skills and enjoys helping people. The candidate should also possess sales, telemarketing, math, and computer skills. One to four years experience in cable television or customer service a plus.

Job Description:

Candidate is responsible for but not limited to: providing information and assistance to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and in person, and assist with billing, scheduling and problem solving.
