Ability to speak clearly and communicate with customers, take phone orders and enter on a computer. Ability to enter orders and quote from emails and faxes and web orders. Accuracy and detail is a must!!! Patient and polite mannerism is a must. Excellent attendance is necessary. We prefer quiet Customer Service Reps.
Ability to sit, enter computer orders from phone, email, fax and web orders. Details are a must. Respectful attitude is a must. Ability to communicate and analyze problems on wrongly shipped order is a plus. This comes with training. We do train for these jobs. But computer skills are a must.
