Meet with builders and homeowners to understand project goals, preferences, budget, and neighborhood guidelines and restrictions.
Develop landscape design plans that enhance the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Prepare accurate project estimates including materials, labor, and installation costs.
Present design concepts and estimates to clients and make revisions as needed.
Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure designs are executed properly.
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning and estimating process.
Design and Estimator (Landscape Manager) works closely with builders and homeowners to develop landscape plans that align with client needs, property conditions, and budget. This role involves designing functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, preparing project estimates, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are planned accurately and efficiently.
