The IT team at Kravet, Inc. is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst for our Anderson, SC location. In this role, you will be extremely hands-on in supporting both local and remote end-users. You will be responsible for the companies’ laptop/desktop configurations, mobile devices, GSuite software products, VOIP phones, and other applications. This is an internal customer facing role and requires excellent customer service, prioritization, and responsiveness, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to support tickets and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and MAC workstations
- Support all company used hardware peripherals, i.e. PCs, Printers, etc.
- Support all company software applications including Google
- Maintain asset inventory
- Follow and enforce IT policies
- Provide training to the end-user community
