Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D., SC driver's license with good driving record, Able to lift 50 pounds, Must attend six days of classroom training, and be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification.
Job Description:
Under general supervision: plans, organizes and directs programming and activities within a community residential setting for clients with lifelong disabilities. Manages the development, implementation and monitoring of clients' individual treatment programs to enhance the consumers' independence.
