Requirements:
  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • One year of experience with individuals with special needs and one year of experience in supervision, or an acceptable combination of both
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must attend 7 days of classroom training
  • Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification
Job Description:

Under general supervision, delivers implementation and monitoring of clients' individual treatment programs to enhance the consumers' independence in a community residential setting; provides supports in activities of daily living and personal care; trains and supervises shift personnel, schedules and maintains staff coverage.
