Requirements:
- SC driver's license with good driving record
- One year of experience with individuals with special needs and one year of experience in supervision or an acceptable combination of both
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must attend 7 days of classroom training
- Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification
- Good computer skills
Job Description:
Under the supervision of Community Training Home Coordinator, provides supervision of house personnel, implements programs for residents of the home, provides accountability and ensures safety of all individuals residing in the home, schedules/maintains staff coverage.
Schedule:
Base schedule 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to maintain staff coverage as necessary.
