Distance Education Instructional Technologist (109105)

Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of relevant program experience; or Associate Degree and three (3) years relevant program experience; or High School Diploma and five (5) years of relevant program experience. Relevant experiences include: instructional/computer technology education, higher education instructional design and end user support experience, and/or experience in online course administration of Desire2Learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
Computer skills including Vista Operating System, Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) HTML and web page development; experience with a learning management system such as Desire2Learn; demonstrated experience in creating innovative electronic learning resources; exceptional customer service; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technology problems; organization skills; ability to communicate effectively; and ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of experience in online course management,instructional design development, and/or end user support services and experience in online course administration in Desire2Learn.
