? Associate's degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Machine Design
? Advance CMMS skills ? MP2, SAP or other maintenance planning software preferred
? Working knowledge of understanding mechanical, structural and electrical drawings.
? Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional
? Advance Allen Bradley PLC/5 and or Control Logix, be able to program and maintain systems
? Capable of troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, sprockets, bearings, valves, pressure vessels, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems and components
? Working knowledge of repair methods and tools used in an industrial maintenance environment.
? Experience in welding, machining, design, and equipment rigging
? Capable of performing laser alignments and using belt tension tools.
? Demonstrated leadership skills
? High School Diploma or equivalent degree
? Five (5) years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
? Working knowledge of effective preventative / predictive maintenance methodologies and processes
? Proficient experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
? Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and planning skills
? Intermediate or higher level proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn various PC-based operations and maintenance applications.
? Must be able and willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.
? Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends when scheduled.
? Must be able and willing to work safely, including wearing and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
? Knowledge of and the ability to maintain various types of power transmission components to a precision state: Belts, Sheaves, Roller chain, Sprockets, Bushings, Gears and reducers
? Must be efficient at troubleshooting equipment for mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues
? Must be efficient at modifying and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC?s.
? Must be able to cut and weld proficiently
? Must possess the ability to lead a team of Maintenance employees during shutdown and off shift work.
? Must be able / willing to work without constant supervision.
