Wages/Salary: $31,805.00 - $58,848.00 Annually AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MIN: $42,776.00 AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MAX: $58,848.00
A bachelor's degree in engineering; or a bachelor's degree in engineering technology and two (2)
years of related work experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with
State Human Resources Regulations.
A Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
Trains and assists with performing field inspections on all phases of work being performed by
contractors on complex road and bridge projects during construction. Trains and assists with
performing inspections which includes grading and shaping, placing of drainage structures,
placing asphalt, placing concrete curb and gutter, reinforcing steel, testing of sub-grade,
placing base material, compaction of base material. Trains in the management of all phases of
highway and bridge construction projects. Trains in the use of Sitemanager. Performs other
related duties requested by Resident Construction Engineer.
