About the Role - You will:
- Gain practical experience in a hands-on environment with ownership of real projects.
- Work on projects and programs currently in progress at Proterra, which allows co-ops to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business.
- Assist with various projects split across the key areas of production.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering Staff with production operations support, continuous improvement and design for manufacturability, and change management/new product release.
- Coordinate with internal customers in areas of assigned responsibility.
- Have opportunities to propose new ideas, improvement concepts, and implementation.
- Work with a mentor that will support and be a resource for you during your co-op assignment.
