Requirements:

Faculty teaching Engineering Design Technology (EGT) associate degree courses: bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline, or associate's degree & demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Must have (2-3) years experience in the EGT related area. AutoCAD, Inventor, & SolidWorks software skills preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Lead the Way (PLTW) certification preferred. Master's degree in Engineering, Design, or related field preferred.

Job Description:

Engineering Design Technology (EGT) Instructor provides leadership, management, planning and coordination of instruction for students, student enrollment and advisement, student recruitment and retention, marketing and the provision of services to the College and community in a professional manner. Includes curriculum and instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes and provides support for Project Lead the Way programs.
