Requirements:

Qualified individual will have or be working toward A.A.S. in Computer Information Technology. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and experience with PC hardware, (desktop / laptop /mobile devices / tablets); professional demeanor, proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently; exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations; ability to lift 50 lbs. MSSQL and MS Access experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills. Ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it. Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic, the ability to multitask effectively. Basic IP knowledge and network troubleshooting. A willingness to travel if a need arises.

Job Description:

Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of all systems, applications, hardware and software installed or maintained by IT staff. Provide training on new IT related applications and procedures to all members of staff and customers. Manage PC setup and deployment for employees using standard procedures.

Schedule:
40 hours per week in the summer and 20 hours a week if candidate is still working toward a degree. Hours of operation are 8 AM - 5 PM.
