- Minimum High School Diploma with 5 or more years experience in Industrial/ Institutional Boiler Operator/Mechanic, Plumbing, and Mechanical maintenance. Brazing and backflow certifications preferred.

Manage Facilities Steam distribution, Plumbing and Med Gas systems. Ensure code and regulatory compliance requirements including PM, Repairs, and associated documentation are met. Provide budgets, conduct assessments, schedule resources, establish timelines, and direct overall management of daily maintenance requirements.

Serve as working team lead providing high level of engagement and positive support for departmental and hospital goals. Support of initiatives to change and improve processes, encourage 'work smarter' culture, focused on time, energy and overall cost savings. Manage team work schedules and assist in annual JDPA evaluations. Accountable for maintaining safety standards per policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements.
