- Strong working knowledge of job site safety (LOTO, Working at Heights, etc.)
- Experience in maintenance and material management
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Receives direction positively with a self starter attitude
- Communicate effectively working as a team
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment is a plus

We are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician for our farm site in Columbia, SC. The ideal team member would be an independent problem solver with industrial maintenance experience, willing to help us proactively maintain and service our hydroponic farms.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
- Repair irrigation and lighting systems
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance
- Minor carpentry / general handyman tasks
- Conduct initial assessment of network configuration issues
- Maintain data logs of repairs
- Maintain accountability of tools and equipment
