Field Labor

Picking up and loading products onto racks, carts, or trailers, outdoor field, greenhouse, shade structure or other areas. Moving products and plant material from one area to another as needed. Assist tractor drivers or other supervisors to load and assemble products timely, with correct information, arrange racks on carts properly and of specified quantity into orders for delivery to customers. Pulling weeds or grooming plants or products as required, properly pinching plants, spreading, re-potting, retagging plants or products, etc. Correctly counting or coding "dumped" product. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required.
