Requirements:

Prefer someone with at least 1 year IT experience and resides within 30 miles of Greenwood. Associate Degree preferred or HS diploma with 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training. A+ certification preferred, or ability to complete within 6 months. Certifications in IBM and HP preferred. Must have intermediate-level knowledge of network infrastructure, ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance

Job Description:

This is a desktop support position. Duties in this position include but are not limited to: • Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products
• Maintaining virus protection, OS & service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery
• Handling print queue issues
• Managing PC loaner program
• Managing the PC refresh for the office
