Job Description:

Looking to hire a Field Service Technician to service and manage our client?s printer fleet in Greenwood, SC and surrounding areas. Ideal candidate must be able to tear down equipment when required and put back together in a pressured environment. Candidate must have excellent time management skills along with a high level of customer service. Looking for someone that is self-motivated.

- Provide hands on technical support/ break-fix on single function, multi-functions, scanners, and thermal printers (HP, Lexmark, Dell, Zebra, Fujitsu etc?)
- Respond to service requests and updates with detailed information within a reasonable time-frame.
- Document and update printer moves, installations, and replacements
- Toner installations when alerted
- Obtain online certifications is expected
- Interact with clients, vendors, and teammates in a professional manner
- Service paperwork submitted when needed
- Able to manage car stock/ inventory
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Required to be able to lift/ move at least 30 pounds

Monday - Friday : 8am-5pm
