Job Description:

We have Immediate Openings for reliable, hard-working Field Supervisors to join our team in our Ninety-Six, SC location!

**Regular Bonuses for Meeting Any Project Completion Deadline**

Duties Include:

  • Manage all aspects of residential home construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Work with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients regularly
  • Negotiate with established contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timelines
  • Adhere to proven company progress outlines and guidelines for efficient success to meet completion deadlines
  • Make regular goals and arrange for materials to be on each jobsite daily
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates as needed
  • Oversee all onsite personnel and subcontractors ensuring reasonable daily progress
  • Must maintain regular updates to clients
  • Problem solving with finesse to address delays, emergencies, or other issues
  • Assure that exacting standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
