Exceptional oral communication skills and excellent customer service skills are a must. Candidates must also have thorough knowledge of Pathway.
Prefer either a recent Piedmont Technical College graduate or second year student who has received financial aid. Students cannot currently be part of the Piedmont Technical College Work Study program.
Job Description:
Receive calls in the Financial Aid Call Center; teach students how to access their own Pathway accounts; relay student account information to students; maintain strict confidentiality.
