Job Description:
Works with site manager to carry out objectives of efficient property operation. Duties include purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment, water heaters(replacement and repair), residential plumbing, tile work. installing and glass replacement. all types of carpentry repair, appliance repair(all), painting, bathroom renovations, dry wall, heating and cooling repairs (HVAC certified recommended but not required), light electrical and cleaning. Works as a team player with fellow employees.
