Pro Towels Etc. is a top promotional product supplier that specializes in beach, golf and sports towels in addition to other similar items. This position provides ongoing support to the Director of Marketing, Art Department and Sales staff. We are looking for someone that has a background in graphic design/silk-screen printing to work closely to coordinate printing and embroidery orders and provide customer service. This entry-level position will be responsible for the following duties:
Corresponding with clients regarding order details and proof approvals
Addressing client issues regarding artwork
Able to maintain artwork files for archival purposes and determine if acceptable for decorating
Ability to recreate customers’ artwork into vector art
Background in promotional product industry also a plus
