A high school Diploma with a minimum of 2 years work experience in a retail business. Associates degree in a business related field preferred. Retail experience as a lead or supervisor preferred. Under the direction of the Bearcat Shop Manager, teh Head Cashier performs all duties relating to day-to-day operations of the University Bookstore including monitoring the front sales floor. Responsible for supervising activities related to window display, store decorations, merchandise display, signage and shelf price tags. Coordinates the Graduation Gala each semester and acts as liaison between the Bearcat Shop and graduation merchandise vendors and on campus departments. Providies exceptional customer services daily.
