Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent with one to two years of experience in grounds and street maintenance; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must possess a valid South Carolina CDL operator?s license.

Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties operating heavy equipment in order to assist with the streets and grounds maintenance activities of the Public Works Department. Work involves maintaining equipment and vehicles as needed; and handling the responsibility of overseeing workers as directed. Reports to the Public Works Services Supervisor.
