Job Description:

We are recruiting experienced RNs to serve as RN Case Managers for our Hospice home care program. This is an opportunity to make an real impact in the care of patients living with advanced illness.

Those interested should have a high level of organizational skills, have superior assessment abilities and provide care with a high level of compassion.

Opportunities for relief staff in Hospice House as well as full time RN case manager in home care are available.
