Responsibilities include trouble shooting, repairing, installing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment and control systems, and other building maintenance duties as required. Candidate must also have the technical skills necessary to manage building automation controls and also CMMS systems. Energy management experience or training is desired. You will work with chillers - centrifugal and rotary Packaged & split systems up to 100-tons; package / Split DX units (water & air cooled);pumps; boilers; VAV Boxes; drives; cooling towers; exhaust systems; water and air source systems; direct digital controls and building automation systems.
