REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree and four years’ directly related work experience, to include one year in a supervisory capacity; or a high school diploma and six years directly related work experience, to include one year in a supervisory capacity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer a degree in HVAC or applicable field and certified energy manager (CEM), and work experience in the HVAC/Mechanical/Energy Management fields to provide expert level repairs, operation/control and monitoring.
Employee will function as the HVAC supervisor under the general supervision of the maintenance supervisor or Director of Campus Operations. Manage and supervise HVAC technicians and contractors in all aspects of the department. Provide for proper maintenance of all HVAC and Energy Management systems equipment on all the campuses. Responsibilities include: perform expert level trade duties, implement an effective energy management and indoor air quality program, monitor and control all HVAC systems, program/schedule HVAC systems, and updating operation of HVAC systems.
