Job Description:

Hydro Operator – Entry Level

The City of Abbeville is currently accepting applications for an Entry Level Hydro Operator. On the job training will be provided.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Performs skilled work in the operation, monitoring, and general maintenance of Hydro Plant Equipment including but not limited to: Generators, Pumps, Switchboards , Dam Machinery, Etc.

Registers docks, ramps, and seawalls

Maintains Hydro Plant Grounds and Facilities
