Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the nursing home or assisted living environment a plus
  • Associates Degree from an accredited university in the fields of Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or Management Information Systems is preferred
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications are a plus
  • On-Call availability
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
  • Ability to support staff remotely from home 24/7

Job Description:

We are currently looking for IT Technician, who's role will support the needs of the facility, particularly as it relates to updating technology infrastructure through adhoc projects, ensuring end user equipment is adequate as well as assisting with system maintenance and support in coordination with other members of the Information Technology team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, secure, maintain, support, and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links
  • Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems
  • Provide onsite & remote connectivity support via any of the available methods
  • Install, upgrade, and remove server and/or desktop applications
  • Handle support issues related to ITV, videoconferencing, copiers, scanners, printers, security system, phones, PCs, applications, and network or Internet access
  • Installation of network infrastructure to include cabling and network equipment
