All candidates must be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a desire to work. A pleasant demeanor, a strong and soothing phone voice, and an above average command of the English language is required as well. Finally, a candidate for this job must have reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities Include:
? Conduct marketing activity to generate new leads
? Make outgoing phone calls to clients and/or prospects to set appointments
? Prepare insurance proposals
? Make sales presentations
? Data Entry
? Make appointment reminder calls
? Assist in the preparation of outgoing correspondence
? Assist and Support team member(s) to achieve monthly production targets
