Job Type: Full Time

Requirements:

As a part of your Costa Farms internship, you’ll be assigned a special project to complete within your 10 weeks with us. These projects aren’t busywork -- they’re endeavors that bring value to Costa Farms, helping move the company forward and grow. Each project offers defined goals and KPIs. And, at the end of the internship, you get to present your accomplishments to members of our executive committee, including Costa Farms CEO Joche Smith.

To help build your professional development, both at Costa Farms and for your career, you’ll receive training above and beyond what your department offers. For example, we give each intern sessions for presentation skills and the Six Sigma Principles of Influence.

While we’re serious about making sure your summer with Costa Farms is an enriching one, we also want it to be an enjoyable one. There are plenty of opportunities for fun during your experience here, including an off-site team-building event.

You’ll find our culture at Costa Farms also offers plenty of perks, including a family-style atmosphere and our popular “Funefits.” Internship housing may be provided, depending on circumstances.

The Costa Farms Team

Working with us on your exciting, fast-paced internship is an ideal way to spend the summer. It’s also a perfect opportunity to become a permanent part of the Costa Farms family. We hire as many top-performing interns as we can.

As part of your daily work or special project, you’ll get to collaborate with multiple departments within Costa Farms -- so there’s plenty of opportunity for networking, professional development, and mentorship with leaders throughout the entire Costa Farms family.

The Internship Timeline

We begin interviewing candidates in fall before the internship year and continue through the spring. Once selected, interns come on board in June and work through August.
