Job Description:

Responsible for troubleshooting/supporting all end-user related issues. Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of hardware devices. Responsible for installing/maintaining/troubleshooting company standard software. Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for all client equipment, installation methods, and software usage.
