The City of Greenwood is actively seeking a motivated, enthusiastic
individual, seeking growth opportunities, to join our team. Under general
supervision of the IT Director, this individual will support all City
departments by installing, configuring, and maintaining databases, servers,
and software. This position is responsible for installing or upgrading
components, setting up software, assisting with network administration
and resolving all IT support issues. Performs other related duties as
assigned. This individual should have an in-depth knowledge of various
computers, software, and network technologies. Must have an amiable
personality and an aptitude for customer service.
