Responsibilities
We are offering incredible experience building opportunities for aspiring information technology technicians. These opportunities will be in Workstation Support. These positions are responsible for analyzing hardware and software problems in a networked environment. Positions will be located in the Columbia Metro Area with our Information Services and Technology organization.
Qualifications
Completed the first year of a 4-year college/university or 2-year college program
Degree being pursued is in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related program
Cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
Coursework or experience with any of the following is a plus: PC hardware functionality, desktop imaging, network monitoring tools, Microsoft office product support
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have strong customer service and problem-solving skills
