•High School Diploma/GED
•Financial services and/or auto industry experience (preferred)
•Ability to establish priorities and properly manage multiple high priority tasks
•Confident self-starter that operates well with limited supervision
•Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels inside and outside of the organization
•Meets deadlines without missing important details
•Basic skills in using a variety of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Products

What You'll Do As A Junior Customer Service Representative:
•Make outbound phone calls to complete customer interviews
•Review the initial loan application package for completely executed documents and notate where documents are missing and where errors may occur
•Contact employers to verify the employment of the customer
•Meet daily production goals as assigned by the Funding Manager
•Perform all other duties as assigned by management
