Requirements:

Degree in biology, microbiology, or science. Understanding of sterile techniques, critical thinking Skills, organization skills, basic understanding of microbiological concepts.

Job Description:

-Prepare media and reagents for microbiological analysis.
Document preparations in appropriate records for Laboratory Quality Assurance and FSIS Laboratory Recognition/Certification Program.
-Perform microbiological testing such as: Salmonella, E. coli

Schedule:
8am to 5pm with some weekend hours
