Landscape Installation Foreman

We are in need of a Foreman looking for challenging work that requires problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety.

As Foreman you will assist the Designer in planning, managing and supervising project operations. You will be expected to exceed industry standards on all aspects of the installation, communicate effectively with crew members and Clients, manage crew members, visualize progression of projects and track materials and hours.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Effective client communication and care
• Ability to read site plans and work with Designer to ensure site layout is consistent with site design
• A desire to create award-winning spaces
• Ability to operate or learn to operate various pieces of heavy equipment
• Has knowledge of proper job site safety requirements and can be trusted to proactively address safety issues
• Ability to operate tools and has general knowledge of landscape machinery
• Basic knowledge and ability to record/organize activities via company software

• The position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme hot and cold conditions
• Heavy lifting of 80 lbs., bending and crawling may be required
• Due to seasonal nature of work, overtime may be required
