Job Description:

We are a small two attorney law office with a very diverse practice, including but not limited to personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense.  Currently looking to fill a full-time position with hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday.

Duties include but are not limited to:

 -provided support to attorneys

- answering multi-line phone

- welcoming guests and clients by greeting them in person and on telephone

- opening and closing files

- scheduling appointments, mediations, depositions, and court hearings

- filing documents, organizing and maintaining files

- prepare and send out letters

- legal document preparation, revision and organization

- work closely with the attorneys to maintain client files from start to finish, including hearing prep

Schedule:
8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch break M-Th
4 hour shift Fri
