We are seeking entry-level (no previous experience needed) Line Therapists to join our team and Make a Difference!

Meaningful Work:
EAP Line Therapists utilize 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clinic, home, and/or community based locations to implement students? Individualized Education Programs (IEP). ABA therapy is widely recognized as the most successful form of autism treatment and is what helps to guide our student?s development and improve the quality of their lives.

Entry-level Line Therapists will go through initial and on-going training in order to provide effective ABA therapy techniques when working with assigned students.

Early Autism Project is a division of Chancelight Behavioral Health and Education which provides behavioral health and special and alternative education to students nationwide.

Our EAP Line Therapists provide 1:1 instruction to assigned student(s).? They work with assigned student(s) to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP) in clinic, home, and/or community based locations while utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Sessions generally last 3-4 hours per assigned student.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1:1 Instruction with a student (age ranges 0-21 years)
Gross Motor Play (must be physically able to lift small children),
Self-Help Training (domestic/hygienic),
Social Skills Training,
Vocational Training,
Academic Training,
Note taking and reporting
